General Eligibility Overview

Have at least two years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade within the last five years.
Meet the job requirements for the skilled trade occupation.
Have a valid job offer for at least one year or hold a Canadian trade certification.
Meet minimum English or French language requirements.
Intend to live outside the province of Quebec.
