Find your NOC among 186 high-wage occupations and compare Canadian work experience with a qualifying job offer.

Effective November 3, 2026. This estimator models the announced changes. It does not show a full CRS score or confirm immigration eligibility. Read IRCC’s announcement.

Browse the list, enter your Canadian work history, and compare the two routes below. No name, email or document upload is required.

Compare experience and job-offer points

Count qualifying TEER 0–3 work in the last 10 years only. Foreign experience is not Canadian experience. Use full-time-equivalent months (maximum 30 hours/week); do not double-count overlapping jobs. A high-wage bonus requires at least 12 months / 1,560 qualifying hours. For CRS, a non-accompanying spouse or a spouse who is a Canadian citizen/permanent resident is assessed using the without-spouse scale. Check IRCC’s full CRS tool.

High-wage Canadian experience

Add completed qualifying months for each listed NOC. Include unlisted qualifying Canadian work only in the total above.

Qualifying Canadian job offer

Check IRCC’s job-offer requirements. A work permit alone is not a job offer.

Enter your details, then select “Compare my points.”

Search all 186 high-wage NOCs

The 1.3×, 1.5× and 2× tiers describe the occupation’s national wage classification—not your personal salary. Match your duties to the correct NOC. Verify the current list with IRCC.

186 of 186 occupations shown.

Experience column = potential high-wage bonus after the qualifying 12-month threshold, added to work-length points. Offer column = alternative job-offer route, not an extra amount to stack on top.

Before you update your Express Entry profile

Do I choose job-offer points instead of experience?

Report accurate work history and qualifying job-offer details. IRCC compares both routes and uses the higher score; the two routes are not added. See IRCC’s profile-update instructions, including its temporary procedure for offers without an LMIA, before entering information.

What does two years in the same eligible NOC give me?

With no accompanying spouse, two qualifying Canadian years give 53 work-length points. Adding the 1.3×, 1.5× or 2× experience bonus gives 73, 93 or 123. The corresponding job-offer route is 50, 70 or 100. The comparison uses the higher route. With an accompanying spouse, the experience totals are 66, 86 and 116.

What if I worked in more than one listed NOC?

The estimator combines qualifying months across listed jobs. It checks for 12 months at 2× first, then 12 months across 1.5× and 2×, then 12 months across all listed tiers. The bonus is applied once, not once per year.

Can I use this outside Canada?

Yes. The tool is available worldwide. Enter Canadian work only in the Canadian-experience fields. Foreign work, education, language and other CRS factors are outside this comparison. Use the official full CRS calculator for a broader assessment.
