Why work with a licensed RCIC?
Canadian immigration rules and document requirements change frequently. A licensed consultant can assess your facts against the rules that apply to your situation, explain realistic options, prepare forms and supporting evidence, and communicate with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada when retained as your representative.
Future Dreams Immigration is led by two consultants licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. You can independently verify Onkar Singh (R709870) and Gurinder Singh (R710095) on the College public register.
What to expect from a consultation
- Profile review: We discuss your immigration history, current status, objectives and deadlines.
- Options and risks: We explain pathways that may fit and identify material eligibility or documentation concerns.

Frequently asked questions
Can an immigration consultant guarantee my application will be approved?
No. IRCC or the responsible government authority makes the final decision. A representative can help you understand requirements and prepare a complete, accurate application, but cannot promise an outcome.
Do I need an LMIA to apply for a work permit?
Not in every case. Some employer-specific work permits require a positive LMIA, while other work permits are LMIA-exempt or open. The correct route depends on the job, employer, applicant and applicable exemption. Future Dreams Immigration does not sell jobs or LMIAs.
Can you help if my permit is expiring?
We review expiry dates, eligibility, restoration risks and whether maintained status may apply. Contact us before your status expires whenever possible; applying for an extension does not by itself make an applicant eligible for a new permit.
Can you help clients outside Brampton?
Yes. Our office is in Brampton, and remote consultations may be available for clients elsewhere in the Greater Toronto Area, across Canada or abroad, subject to the nature of the matter.
Where can I confirm current government requirements?
Always consult the official IRCC immigration and citizenship services pages for current program information. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for advice about your individual circumstances.
