General Eligibility Overview

  • Have a valid job offer from a designated employer in a participating community.
  • Have at least one year of related work experience within the previous three years (unless eligible for an exemption).
  • Meet language proficiency requirements through an approved language test.
  • Hold a Canadian educational credential or an equivalent foreign credential.
